Good evening SOL Water Polo Families,

Some of you are heading into HS swim season. It would be good to get a baseline for your 50 freestyle time. We are hosting a time trial this Saturday 2/7 at SWC.

THIS IS A GOOD IDEA FOR EVERYONE AND IF YOURE AVAILABLE YOU SHOULD DO IT, EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT IN HIGH SCHOOL.

Warmup at 8:30am, trials begin at 9am and you should be out of here by 9:15am.
